2008 Trip - Thursday

For our last day in camp, the fishermen had pancakes for breakfast. After breakfast, Troy and John went trolling for pike on Southern Rheaume while Gary and Ray took the day off. John caught one pike, and Troy caught two. It was a nice and relaxing day.

After lunch at the cabin (grilled cheese), Troy went trolling for pike by Bob’s cove and the coves leading to the rapids at East Rheaume. He caught 8 pike, and watched a lunker pike get away.

For dinner, the fishermen had walleye, stuffing, picked beets, salad and green beans.

After dinner, Troy and John did some island exploring on the lake, and John found moose fur and a bear jaw.

After dinner, the fishermen packed their gear, played some Waterworks and enjoyed a fantastic sunset.
